Sara George, M.D.
Sara is a board-certified family practice physician. After graduating from medical school at Old Church Hospital in London, she completed her residency at the University of Texas McAllen Medical Center. Sara was also a research fellow in Neurology at New York Medical College.
She founded Sage Family Medicine in 2009 so that she could focus on providing high-quality, compassionate medical care. Sara has practiced in the Denver metro-area since 2004, and believes that listening to her patients is as important as treating them. She and her husband are the proud parents of a young son. When she is not caring for her patients, Sara enjoys music, volleyball, whitewater rafting, and volunteering at her church as a youth leader.
Sara speaks English, Spanish, and East Indian.
Angela Eussen, PA-C
Angela is a board-certified physician assistant and joined the Sage Family Medicine team in February 2012. After receiving her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Angela began practicing as a PA in family practice since 2010. Angela provides comprehensive adult and pediatric care, and is dedicated to excellent patient care and encouraging patients to be partners in their health. Her interests include pediatrics, women’s health, and preventative care. When she is not caring for patients, Angela spends time with her husband and dog, enjoying the many activities in the great outdoors of Colorado, photography, and also scrapbooking and card-making.
